Section 29

Powers To Frame Rules Or Bye-laws

(1) The Council may frame necessary Rules in order to carry out the objectives of this Act; and the Rules so framed shall come into force only after being approved by Government of Nepal.
(2) The Council may frame necessary Bye-laws subject to this Act and the Rules framed under this Act.
